Why do I need to allow my lip product to reach room temperature before using?

Our lip products are natural with no preservatives and made with USP lanolin, which has a lower melting point and freezes as well. If exposed to extreme heat or cold your product may warm to a more liquid texture or cool to a thick firm texture. Depending on the temperature you can usually hold the product in your hand to warm it up!

What does buildable mean

We are a sheer gloss that adds dimension to your favorite lipstick/lip stain. You can use our gloss to build upon your natural lip, lip liner, matte stains, etc.

Why does my lip treatment look cracked? (How to use)

Our base of Lanolin, Candelilla Wax and Castor Oil will sometimes cause the lip treatment to separate. This is completely normal. To correct this, just pump the wand up and down to soften the base!

Is your lanolin cruelty free?

Here is a note from our Lanolin supplier: "Yes, it is a live sheep and it is a by-product. It is derived without any negative impact or harm to the LIVING animal/Sheep." "Lanolin comes from natural + "regrowable" Sheep’s wool, a sustainable, ethical, natural, safe and efficacious. Whilst Lanolin is an animal derived material, it is derived without any negative impact or harm to the animal/Sheep. In fact, the annual removal of sheep's fleece is an essential part of maintaining the animal's health and overall well-being. Lanolin is valuable by-product of the wool industry and is regarded as an incredibly natural and sustainable product. Not only does Lanolin utilize an otherwise waste material, the wool is generally collected from sheep grazing on land unsuitable for agricultural use."

Are your products Vegan friendly?

Our base is USP Lanolin, derived from the shaving of wool from a very alive sheep. We encourage our customers to review ingredient listings on all product pages for a complete list of ingredients. And none of our products contain Carmine!

What is the shelf life?

Our lip products are manufactured without preservatives; which means it will not stay fresh for as long as commercial products. Our lip products stay fresh by making them in small batches which eliminates the need for harsh chemical preservatives. If used properly, our products typically have a shelf life of about 9-12 months.

What is Lanolin?

Lanolin is a 100% natural substance found on the wool of sheep. It helps keep their coat protected and dry throughout the year. If a sheep's wool is not sheared annually the fleece will become soiled, not to mention too hot and heavy for the sheep. Lanolin is a cruelty-free by product of wool washing after shearing.

How will my package be shipped?

Your package will be shipped via USPS; delivery times are not guaranteed due to volume of mail fluctuating daily. Usually deliveries are made by 5PM local time (excluding holidays, weather conditions, etc).

When should I expect my order?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. Within 3-5 business days you will receive an email with tracking information. Sometimes your mail filter may prevent it from going into your inbox; in this case you may want to double check your spam folder.

I don't have tracking information for my package

Lost/Missing package

Ughhh! This can be super frustrating. But USPS recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please contact their customer service. USPS customer service: 1-800-275-8777

Damaged/Missing items

Shipping can be a tricky business. And while shipping packaging is designed to withstand some bumps and scraps along the shipping route. There are times these poor packages just throw in the towel and give up! Be sure to inspect your package and the items inside for missing or damaged items. We ask that customers contact us within 2 days of receiving your package to notify us of any issues. With that said, if your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the packaging, and original items on the order; so we can better assist you.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Not at this time.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our business we are unable to accept returns, thus all sales are final.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Unfortunately, we can only allow one discount code per order. But if you subscribe to our mailing list, you can receive some amazing discount codes others don't get!

Are JaidenMadison products tested on animals?

Of course not! We love animals and think they are adorable, but we think our products look best on humans!

Order Processing

Please allow up to one week for your order to ship. All JaidenMadison products are handcrafted at the time of purchase. This includes creating, bottling, labeling, and shipping. Generally speaking, handcrafted items do take a little longer to produce than mass-produced items. However, if you need an item by a certain date, please let us know and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Please note - during new product launches, restocks, and promotions, order processing time may take between 5-7 business days before your order is processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We try our best to accommodate a cancellation/change request within reason, however it is not guaranteed due to the fluctuation of processing time. If we are however able, we will proceed with your request. Please contact us as quickly as possible if a change is needed.
